Beginning January 22, 2017 employers are required to use the new I9 form to verify your employees work eligibility.
The new form must be used for every employee hired after November 6th 1986.
To comply with the Immigration and Nationality Act as enforced by U.S. Immigration and Customs these forms along with supporting documents need to be filed in a file that is separate from your normal employee file.

- Download and print the new I9 Form issued 11/14/16 - See link below
- Ask your employees to fill out page 1 of form and provide supporting documents from page 3
- Employer fills out page 2 listing document provided by employee
- File all I9 forms in a file that is separate from your employee file
